The program started with the construction of 77 houses in Barguna’s Patharghata in the wake of the deadly Cyclone Sidor. Besides, 40 fishing boats and nets, mosques, and schools were constructed. 18 houses and 7 mosques were constructed after the last “Ampan” storm in Bagerhat and Satkhira districts. Besides, 117 houses were built for the homeless in different districts of Bangladesh. Recently, 30 Safe Homes were Constructed and Handed Over in the Shantiganj Upazila of Sunamganj district and Now 3 Safe home is under construction. This is creating an opportunity for the homeless families to spend their later lives comfortably.
